Commissions
Unless otherwise specified, you will receive 50% of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through your Affiliate Site/Affiliate Links, minus charges by ClickBank (as specified in their agreement http://www.clickbank.com/paychecks.html). Commissions will be paid only on sales made through qualified Affiliate links and will only apply to products delivered online through website download or via email. This includes eBooks, online audio programs, and online video programs purchased via clickbank. Your commission checks will be sent to you from ClickBank directly.

Payment
ClickBank will send a check for the earned commissions directly to you, according to their policies as described at http://www.clickbank.com/paychecks.html. In the case of returned orders, returned checks and/or chargebacks, those amounts are deducted from your ClickBank account before your next affiliate check is sent.

Order Fulfillment
Heaven on Earth will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on any Affiliate Site. As an affiliate, you are not authorized to sell or give away any products by Gwenn Bonnell, "Heaven on Earth" or EFTslim.com through any site. (You are permitted to earn large sums of money as an affiliate, of course.)

Unsolicited Commercial Email or SPAM
Unsolicited emailing, or spamming, is illegal and wrong. It is also bad business. If you engage in spamming to promote "Heaven on Earth," "EFTslim" or "Gwenn Bonnell" products, you are immediately disqualified from this affiliate program. Heaven on Earth does not engage in spamming, and does not permit spamming by its affiliates.
